Additional information:
- the glue which is needed for the assembly is not included in the delivery. Please only use the adhesives mentioned in the test documents (general operating license, approval). Disregard leads to the loss of the general operating licence and insurance protection of the vehicle as well as prosecution in case of damage. The approved adhesives can be bought at Volkswagen / Audi with article number 000.071.785 D as a complete adhesive set (glue incl. primer). Two adhesive sets are needed for the assembly. The primer which is included in the adhesive set is also needed for the assembly.
- on vehicles with standard equipment or with configuration sport or design the Abt front grille add-on can only be mounted after backfitting the vehicle onto the S-Line front skirt and the air intake covers of the configuration tour (incl. opening for the ACC sensor). - The complete range of parts (front skirt, air intake covers, mounting material, etc.) can vary depending on configuration and model year of the vehicle and therefore needs to be checked and calculated with the help of the vehicle identification number to see which parts are needed for the conversion onto the S-Line front skirt. These parts have to be ordered separately and in time.
- on vehicles without the assitance package tour the serial air intake covers art.-no. 8W0 807 681 G (left) and art.-no. 8W0 807 682 G (right) have to be ordered before starting the conversion. Due to optical reasons we recommend to close the openings for the ACC sensors of the air intake covers with the cover caps which are included in the delivery. - on Audi S4 (limousine or Avant; with or without assitance package tour), the serial air intake covers art.-no. 8W0 807 681 G (left) and art.-no. 8W0 807 682 G (right) have to be ordered before starting the conversion.
