Tepelný štít Verus Engineering je kompatibilní se sériovým sáním motorů BMW B58 (seznam kompatibilních vozů je níže) i s aftermarket sportovními kity sání, kde zejména u otevřených sání je prakticky nezbytnou úpravou.

Tepelný štít je vyrobený z 2 mm nerezového plechu řezaného pomocí CNC a laseru s černou nebo stříbrnou povrchovou úpravou odolnou vysokým teplotám.
