SPEED ENGINEERING, an up-and-coming start-up company in the field of reverse engineering, has carried out an optimization of the safety-relevant seat attachments on the basis of various measurements and analyses. During this optimization, the results of calculations and simulations of the stress curves within the Seat attachment considered. 

The seat mounts were also subjected to FEM simulations to ensure the highest possible level of safety. At the same time, these seat attachments were optimized in terms of the sitting position, i.e. the sitting position in front of the steering wheel was as low as possible, but at the same time central. The seat attachments developed by SPEED ENGINEERING are made of 4 mm steel. A high degree of variability in seat selection is also taken into account during the development and production process.

Currently, our complete range of seats (requirement: seat with side attachment) is compatible with the built-in consoles manufactured by SPEED ENGINEERING , and this is even ready to use: means that basically no further parts are required or changes have to be made in order to be able to install the seat attachment in the vehicle.
