Volkswagen Golf 8R
The Golf 8R is the successor to one of the most popular and best-selling models in the world. The epithet R indicates that this is the sportiest version in the range of the Volkswagen car company, and its performance is traditionally transmitted to all four wheels. The eighth generation uses the modernized MQB EVO platform, which it shares with other models such as Škoda Octavia 3, Cupra Leon, Audi A3/S3 and others. A large part of the parts can thus be used for these and other models as well. Under the hood of the Golf R works a 2-liter four-cylinder TSI EA888 of the 4th generation, turbocharged by a Continental turbocharger with an output of between 320 and 333 horses.
