Honda Civic Type R FL5

Nejnovější generace legendárního ostrého hatchbacku Type R vychází z již 11. generace Hondy Civic. Nese označení FL5 a oproti svému předchůdci (FK8) je výrazně uhlazenější díky menšímu množství ostrých hran, zlomů a různých nasávačů a výdechů. Nový Type R ale ani tak neztratil nic ze svého agresivního vzhledu. Zejména díky přifouknutým blatníkům (včetně zadních dveří), rozměrnému křídlu a trojici výfukových koncovek si ho na silnici určitě s běžným produkčním Civicem nespletete. Pod kapotou mu tepe osvědčený aktualizovaný motor K20C1, který přenáší výkon 325 koní výhradně na přední nápravu.
Předprodukční model stanovil v roce 2022 rekord mezi produkčními předokolkami na okruhu Suzuka v Japonsku s časem 2:23.120 a o rok později zlomil další rekord mezi předokolkami s časem 7:44.881.
