The BMC CDA intake kit uses an airbox enclosed in a carbon fiber housing to provide excellent insulation against hot air entering the intake system. The BMC CDA airbox completely replaces the factory airbox and, thanks to its design, directs air to the engine via a more direct path without unwanted restrictions. Internal deflectors inside the airbox ensure that the incoming air utilizes the full surface of the filter and flows through the airbox without any loss of performance.

This intake kit is designed for a specific vehicle model. The kit therefore includes provisions for connecting the fresh air intake, positioning the mass air flow sensor (if the vehicle is equipped with one), and connecting the airbox to the engine/throttle body/turbocharger.
