Loyalty Program Tiers:
Basic: The default level for users without registration or for those who haven’t reached purchases totaling CZK 10,000 in the past 12 months to qualify for a higher tier.
Bronze: The first tier, offering basic discounts on most of our products. You’ll reach this level once your purchases exceed CZK 10,000 over the past 12 months.
Silver: The second tier, where you’ll get higher discounts on a wide range of products. Achieved after spending over CZK 25,000 in the past 12 months.
Gold: The third and highest tier, offering the biggest discounts (up to 20%) on selected items. Reached after spending over CZK 50,000 in the past 12 months.

How can I join the loyalty program?
All you need to do is create an account on our e-shop. You’ll automatically be enrolled in the loyalty program. The more you shop, the more you save. If you use an email during registration that you’ve already used for previous purchases, we’ll include those past orders in your total spend.

How does the discount work?
The more you shop, the higher your discount. Based on your total spend, you’ll move up from the Basic level (for non-registered users) all the way to the Gold tier, where selected products can be discounted by up to 20%. After logging in, your personal discount will be automatically displayed for each product – no need to do anything extra. Just add products to your cart and place your order.

Does the discount apply to all products?
The discount applies to selected products, but it includes the majority of our range. After registration, you can view the exact discount breakdown by brand in your account under the Loyalty Program section.
