Hertz DBA 200.3 je 200 mm (8") aktivní subwoofer napájený 140 W zesilovačem, zabudovaným do zadní části ozvučnice. Ovládací panel slouží k nastavení frekvencí, úrovně a akustické fáze podle vlastního poslechového vkusu. Systém byl navržen tak, aby uspokojil ty, kteří potřebují basy v kompaktní velikosti, pro použití v jakémkoliv vozidle.
